The service
metarial.ai is an advertising planning, creative and measurement workspace. Campaign delivery happens on the destination networks you connect — Meta's Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Threads first, plus the other destinations listed in the Top 35 table. Each destination's own advertising policies also apply to you.
Wallet and fees
Ad spend is funded from your wallet. Platform fees for your tariff are shown before you confirm any top-up, and burn rate is monitored live in Payments & wallet. Unused wallet balance stays available for future spend; media already delivered is not refundable.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or scraped-without-consent audience data, and no attempts to reverse engineer the modelling stack. We may suspend a workspace that puts destination-network access at risk.
Modelled figures
Predicted CTR, ROAS, CAC and coverage figures are model estimates for planning. They are not guarantees of performance. Always reconcile against the destination network's own reporting before making spend commitments.
Changes
We will give notice in-app before a material change to these terms or to tariff pricing takes effect for your workspace.
