Roles
You are the controller of workspace and vault data. metarial.ai is the processor and acts on your documented instructions — the actions you take in the portal.
Purpose limitation
Vault records are processed only to enrich, segment, score and target your campaigns, to report on them, and to keep the service secure and available.
Security measures
Access to workspace data is restricted to the seats you invite. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and privileged operations are logged. Report a suspected incident to security@metarial.ai.
Sub-processors and destinations
Delivering a campaign requires sending audience and conversion signals to the destination network you select. Those networks act as independent controllers or joint controllers under their own advertising terms. Review a destination's onboarding guide in Top 35 destinations before enabling it.
Assistance and deletion
We assist with access, correction and deletion requests, and delete or return workspace data on termination, except where retention is legally required.
