How metarial.ai handles the personal data you and your team bring into the portal, including data fed into the private vaults.
What we process
Account details (name, work email, billing contact), wallet and payment metadata, and the audience records you choose to upload into your private vaults — mobile numbers, chat handles, page and account identifiers, plus the engagement signals attached to them.
Your vaults stay yours
Vault records are scoped to your workspace. They are used to build audience segments, intent scores and creative targeting for your own campaigns. We do not sell them, and we do not blend one workspace's records into another workspace's models.
Lawful basis and consent
You are the controller of the records you upload. Before feeding numbers, chat contacts or page audiences into a vault you must have a lawful basis — normally consent or legitimate interest — and a way for people to opt out. metarial.ai acts as your processor for that data.
Retention and deletion
Records stay in a vault until you delete them or close the workspace. Deleting a vault removes its records and the derived segments built from it. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law in your jurisdiction.
